This one took a bit of work, you know!
Well, actually a lot of work - one of those stop-start projects, ya know? (haha yeah like those aren't all of your projects jen)
But, it does feel nice to finally pay tribute to one of my favourite games. Even if I suck at actually playing it. (Puzzles puzzle me)
Maybe one day I'll get around to drawing Garry or Mary. Maybe.
Anyway, more art is on the way, so I must be going now! (Also I got a cold so sleep is probably for the best TWT)

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactAhem, I've observed nobody has yet to write a critique for this, so I think I might as well break the ice.
I'm not a master in digital art, but I see it everywhere. And while some of them make me cringe, this is a piece that makes it on the "HOLY HEAVENS THIS IS SO BOOTIFUL I'M CRYING" list.
First, I want to say that the background of the portait is beautiful, as it reminds me of a purple-ish night sky filled with stars. It complements the intricated design the golden frame has. And of course, I love the fact that the frame has golden roses and petals on it, goes extremelly beautiful with the theme Ib revolves around, and I'm not talking about puzzles nor haunted galleries. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="

I really love what you did with her hair, gave it a soft, brownish texture and another plus is the fact that you don't have a black line art; this way, the softness of the painting is constant.
And alas, I want to put in the spotlight that cute little rose there, that covers her mouth. Mouths have a very important role in facial expressions, and that rose stops me from knowing exactly how Ib feels. Is she smilling, or her mouth is in a simple line, indicating oh, so many other emotions? It's a tricky thing, and other reason to really like this painting.
